This class is a Tafsir class that builds upon Qur'anic Sciences and Intro to Tafsir. Using the tools gained from those courses, major themes and principles of the Qur'an will be extracted and analyzed. It is not a prerequisite to take Qur'anic Sciences and Intro to Tafsir, but it is recommended to take them before this course. This online course is instructed by Sayed Saleh al-Qazwini.
Sayed Saleh studied in the Seminary of Qom from 2006-2013, and he recently completed an MA in Near Eastern Studies from Wayne State University. He also completed a BA in Sociology from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He is a speaker and lecturer.
